Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to digital design, development, copywriting and related services provided by LandingCrafters Studio, operated by BASSY PRODUCTIONS (SIRET: 106 644 032 00018).

Cancellation before work starts

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before work starts.

Work starts at the moment we begin substantive design, strategy, copywriting or development on your project. Until that moment you pay nothing, and cancelling costs you nothing.

After work starts

Once work starts, purchases are non-refundable, because time and professional resources have been allocated to your project and cannot be recovered or resold.

If you cancel after work starts, any completed or committed work remains chargeable.

Revisions and corrections instead of refunds

Where a deliverable does not match the brief agreed in writing, the remedy is correction, not refund. We will correct it at no additional cost, provided the request is made within 14 days of delivery.

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds, set out in our Delivery & Fulfillment Policy. If no revision or correction request is received within 14 days of delivery, the deliverables are deemed accepted and the project is considered finalized and approved.

Performance and results

We design and write for conversion using established practice, research and testing. We do not guarantee any particular conversion rate, ranking, traffic volume or revenue figure.

Refunds cannot be claimed on the basis of a page's market performance or conversion rate. Commercial results depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, your pricing, your traffic quality, market conditions and competition. We guarantee the craft and the process, not the market.

Third-party costs

Any non-recoverable third-party costs incurred on your behalf are non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to, premium fonts, stock imagery, paid plugins, licences and subscriptions.

Where such a cost is required for your project, we will tell you before it is incurred.

Abandoned or inactive projects

If we receive no response to a request for materials, feedback or approval for 30 consecutive days, the project is closed. Fees paid are forfeited and no refund is due.

EU and EEA right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for certain contracts.

By placing an order and expressly requesting that work begin during this period, you acknowledge that the service may commence before the withdrawal period expires. You further acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed or work has started with your express consent, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
